Refund windows, booking terms, and what happens if plans change.
Planning an epic music festival experience in a remote paradise like Ziro requires substantial preparation, months of upfront capital, and intricate logistics to set up and maintain our campsite. Our team dedicates considerable effort to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience, which involves extensive planning and resource allocation. Because our premium campsite slots are highly coveted and sell out months in advance, our cancellation and refund windows are structured around strict booking deadlines.
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the day of check-in are eligible for a 100% full refund, excluding payment gateway charges.
Due to upfront operational setups, vendor commitments, and permit bookings, any cancellations made within 60 days of the festival start date are strictly non-refundable and non-modifiable.
We respect nature, but it can be unpredictable. Wildnest Adventures is not liable for refunds resulting from natural or man-made calamities—including landslides, political closures, or severe weather shifts—that are beyond our control.
Because Ziro Festival of Music is an independently managed gathering, we are also not responsible for sudden artist lineup shifts or event cancellations. If the festival is ever cancelled, our trip and campsite stay still move forward as planned, with alternative valley treks, exclusive village trail walks, and acoustic campsite jam sessions. The base trip cost remains non-refundable, but the mountain escape stays guaranteed.
